Greenleaf Lake State Recreation Area is still being assembled, with undeveloped shoreline on Greenleaf and Sioux Lakes halfway between Hutchinson and Litchfield in Meeker County. Some areas are open for day use, but the park has no facilities yet, and about two-thirds of the land within its legislated boundary remains in private hands.
