Accessibility

Our commitment

Splitt should be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, rely on high-contrast or magnified text, or use voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building a feature rather than something added afterwards.

Where we are today

We are honest about the gap: Splitt has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit, and known limitations may exist, particularly on newer and more interactive surfaces such as the calendar and date pickers, the map and trip planner, and image-heavy listing galleries. Some content is supplied by Vendors (listing photos and descriptions) and its quality, including alternative text, is not fully under our control. We work through issues as we find them and as they are reported.

Report a barrier

If something on Splitt is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. It genuinely helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, but do not let a missing detail stop you from writing.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we are able to do and when. If a fix will take time, we will try to offer another way to complete what you were doing, including completing a booking with you directly.
