State ParkAbout Franz Jevne State Park
Franz Jevne State Park lies along the Rainy River, which forms the Canada–United States border, between International Falls and Baudette. At just 118 acres (donated to the state by the Jevne family and established by the Minnesota Legislature in 1967), it is the smallest state park in Minnesota by area, home to beaver, timber wolf, moose, and river birds including bald eagles and pelicans.
